* I need several Executive Directors. This position is earned from within. Let me explain. Everyone starts as a Jr. Associate and works his or her way up, as everyone else does. This is a business opportunity, not a J.O.B.!

* This position may be achieved in as little as six months or as long as you take. It is strictly based on your production. 


* This is a COMMISSION based position. We pay for performance, not for occupying space. Compensation is very generous. At Executive Director, you are EASILY earning six figures. 


* Compensation is based on insurance industry business models and is more than fair. 


* You have several career routes to take with our company; 1) Sales and sales only, 2) Building an agency, 3) Both. Your choice.

Training:* 
We offer more training than you can stand. Some training is web based and conference called in. If you wish, you can also attend meetings in your area. The company also holds regional training's on a regular basis. 


*Growth:* 
We are changing a paradigm in this country making “Justice For All” a reality. There is no competition and with the infrastructure of a 37 year old company in place, there will most likely never be any. We are the 800 lb. gorilla in the room. We need help getting this information to the masses.
