My company is based on the West Coast, and we are expanding operations in the Mid West (Michigan). Why? Because that is where I live!! My name is Tim Cermak, and my company is Advisicon (www.advisicon.com). I am a PMP and leading the effort to start an office here in SE Michigan. We have been delivering PMO services, Microsoft Technologies, Training and Publishing in the project and portfolio management space for over 15 years around the globe to large companies like Intel and Nike as well as small and mid-sized organizations. We are a small company but have enterprise partnerships with Microsoft (Gold/EPM), Dell (EPM) and the Project Management Institute as a Global Registered Education Provider just to name a few.
The local market has many opportunities and with our experience and partnerships we are realizing significant positioning. The challenge is to remain lean and competitive by being creative and focused on opportunities. I am looking to bring on only local resources, starting with business development, marketing and possibly delivery consultants.
