Job Opening: Director Database & Direct Marketing

Job Description:

The Director of Database & Direct Marketing will be responsible for creating and managing the LCG marketing database as well as leading the direct marketing efforts for the marketing department.

He/she will develop and execute the direct marketing strategy that will increase enrollment at LCG schools.

Create innovative new media programs that will increase lead generation and convert to increased enrollment.

Create and implement new media strategies for social media, SEO and on-line advertising, Blogs and company web sites.

He/she is responsible for create the contact strategy for all the direct marketing programs, including but no limited to; direct mail, email, tele-prospecting, events, SEO and advertising.

Develop a measurement and tracking system will feed into our newly created marketing database with the objective of building a data warehouse capable of analytics on customers and markets.
