HIPAA Compliance Documentation?

I am looking for a good book or two that describes the HIPAA guidelines as they pertain to Information Technology and network security. I see a wealth of choices out there and they are all fairly expensive.
What do you recommend and why?

This is very complicated, so I'd expect the more expensive books are going to be more comprehensive. What do you need to use this for....helping client? HIPAA compliance has bascially full staffing in healthcare organizations under the general "compliance" area, responsible for complying with all state/federal regulations and requirements. Can you give a bit more info on the scope you need?
