I wanted to drop in with some updates, some info, and news about Franklin Title Agency and I...

First of all, I want to say Thank You and that we really appreciate all your support throughout 2008 and into 2009 as we have grown tremendously and have earned great new clients every week getting us to where we are today as Michigan's only growing title company.

Speaking of growing: We are in the process of possibly opening a new branch in downtown Oxford covering the northern Oakland area as well as Lapeer county.

With some of our competitors shutting their doors - we have been picking up a lot of their inside work. Underwriters across the board are tightening their belts and putting some of my fellow agents on the chopping block - in turn, coming to us to fwd their title work so they do not lose their clients. If you know of a title company that this is or about to happen to - please let us know and we can help!

March 5th - March 9th I am going to be out of town in Viva Las Vegas so if there is anything that needs attention please contact Norm in my office at 248-564-4022 or norm@franklintitleagency.com and he can take care of you and your business.

I am putting together some Home Buyer/Seller Seminars for 2009 across Metro Detroit with various Realtor and Loan Officer Clients - If you would be interested in doing something like this - Please let me know asap.

Tempus (Business & Charitable) Networking is back! I am putting the pieces together from the 2006 and 2007 traveling success hosted at D'Amato's, Big Rock, and Andiamo's.
