Part Time Welcome Team-Customer Service

North American Bancard wants to ensure our customers receive a warm welcome and have all of their questions answered.  To do this, we have started a new division....

The Welcome Team.

We have 4 part time openings, 25 hours per week, for technically minded people to make outbound calls to our new customers to answer any questions they might have about their new credit card terminals, their new contracts, or anything else they might be confused about with their new account.

Are you good at explaining technical processes?  Are you strong with customer service skills?  Do you have experience settling customer complaints?  Please apply today! Position pays $10 per hour.

Required Skills:

1-3 years experience in Customer Service, preferably Technical

Ability to diffuse upset customer situations

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong PC Skills
