Billhighway is looking for another Account Manager

Billhighway, a hip web-based financial service company in Troy, MI has an immediate opening for an Account Executive within our Client Relationship Department. Billhighway is growing fast and we need an energetic leader with a minimum of 6 years experience in a client relationship capacity.

Responsibilities include managing 10-15 client relationships on a regular basis. Our clients are large non-profit organizations managed by professional executives. Other responsibilities include educating current and potential clients on new products and features, requirements gathering, analysis of client activity, and developing new team members as well as the department.

The successful candidate must have experience in the following:

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and take responsibility for the department and its goals
  


• Good project management/team leadership capabilities
  


• Communicating client needs, feedback, and suggestions to the company
  


• Understand what TEAM TEAM TEAM means
  


• Strong verbal communication skills
  


• Demonstrated ability to employ new ideas, concepts, and methods
  


• Superior computer skills including navigating the web, web-based technologies, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, etc.


• Proficient writing skills and grammar
  


• Ability to document processes and procedures
  


• Training clients to use company products
  


• Familiar with being "plugged in" (i.e. with laptop and PDA)

Qualifications:

• Experience with managing an overall client relationship including periodic travel to the client's offices


• Experience managing client requests with deadlines & delegating work items to team resources in order to meet client requests


• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve client needs


• A quick learner with a do "whatever it takes" attitude and strong desire to be a key contributor towards helping a growing company reach its goals


• 6 years acting as a Client Relationship Expert or Account Executive in a professional environment

The following experience is a plus:

• Familiarity with web-based software


• Experience with financial concepts including basic accounting


• Managing Client Relationship teams or Account Executives
