Looking for Program Manager Position

Recently laid off from an automotive Program Manager position in Sterling Heights, Mi.
Finding it difficult to locate anything automotive, and it seems like no one wants to take a chance on transferring your PM skills to another industry, or product line.
If anyone knows of any leads from part time to full time PM positions, it would be greaty appreciated.
