Learn our business from the ground up from the National Sales Director.  We have an opening on our National Sales Team for a Sales Assistant.  This role is our "learning" role.  For a period of time (approximately 6 months to 1 year), you will act as a support person to the Director and other National Managers and will learn everything there is to know about our industry, our sales partners and what it takes to be a National Manager.  At the end of the grooming process, you will have been trained to become a National Manager. 

As a Sales Assistant you will:

• Assist in setting up new remote sales offices


• Support the National Managers in day to day functions


• Assist the department in preparing for trade shows


• Learn how to recruit new sales partners to sell the NAB Brand


• Be a willing participant in the day to day operations of the National Sales Department

• Base Salary of $30,000 as a Sales Assistant; as a National Manager, your base increases and your commissions will allow you to make in excess of $60,000 in your first year.

 Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in relationship based sales


• Willingness to do tasks as assigned by management


• Availability to work 9-6, Monday-Friday


• Reliable and Dependable


• Eager for a career, not just a job!


• Strong computer skills, MS Office required


• Exceptional communication skills; ability to work on the phone for long periods of time


• A team player attitude and ability to handle stressful situations
