I know of a position with a well-established and rapidly growing Michigan based company (it exists!) that is seeking a very bright and creative person to join their team as a Business Development Manager.  They are looking for someone experienced in e-marketing solutions, as well as capable of creating strategic alliances in order to drive leads for a sales team, as well as manage the tracking system. The ideal person is very independent, self-driven and aggressive in nature.  They are looking for someone that is willing to try any kind of new marketing strategy once.  50-55k first year total compensation
