Focus Group Opportunity--Governor Granholm's Task Force on Community

Are you currently unemployed as a result of corporate restructuring and
the overall contraction of Michigan's economy?   Do you need help to
find new employment, cope with debt, get temporary assistance, or
receive connections, information, or assistance to help you get back on
your feet?

Help us to help you.

Governor Granholm has
appointed a task force to explore the impact of economic change for
communities and individuals in Michigan. Tell us what you are facing,
what you are concerned about, and about the kind of help you need now
and in the coming months..  

Two focus groups will be held on
January 8 to discuss these issues. We want to have a group that
includes people who have recently left work and those who have been out
of work for some time. If you are willing to participate, please fill
out this survey and we will contact you.  The purpose of this survey is
to ensure that our groups are balanced with people who are in a range
of circumstances.  Your information will be kept strictly confidential
and is ONLY being used to assemble the two focus groups. This survey
will only take a few minutes for you to fill out, and we will be in
touch with you in just a few days.
