10 Steps Towards Your Goals.
I recently was inspired by the "inspirtainer" Willie Jolley. I was sitting in front of the tv one Thursday evening like I did every Thursday evening. My husband bowls on Thursdays, and it's my night to have the remote all to myself. Lol. So, Willie Jolley comes on as I'm clicking around........
Thank goodness for UVerse, because I played it back several times before I got it written down correctly. I want to share this with you.
10 Steps Towards Your Goals
1 What do you want? Give good thought to this.
2 Write down your goals and be specific.
3 Read your goals 3 times a day. Place in obvious places for you to read them.
4 Set a date to achieve your goals.
5 Think of your goals often. Even allow yourself to dream about them.
6 How can you reach your goals? We all know what it takes to lose weight, but yet we choose to complain about the extra pounds instead of really doing something about it. Again, how can you reach your goals? Do what it takes.
7 Develop the plan of action towards your goals.
8 Do 3 things every day for your goals.
9 Stay positive! Realize that you cannot control what happens around you, but you CAN control your reactions. Don't allow negative thinking to take control and take away your happiness.
10 Act like you've already made it!
