Executive Assistant / PT - Work At Home
I run a successful multi-VA firm. I need a "right hand" person to help me grow the business to the next level.
I want a proactive, take charge ‘Task Master' who pays strict attention to detail and will catch all the things I miss - before I miss them. Someone who has experience in corporate America, but also knows small business. I‘m looking for an ‘all around' gal or guy who won't say, "That's not my job". You must be a MS Office "whiz" who is self-directed, highly motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities.
You will be responsible for managing my insanely busy calendar, handling details of conferences, webinars and telecourses that I present, keeping my coaching clients on track, assisting with drip mail, Google AdWords and other online marketing initiatives and preparing proposals and reports for prospective and current clients, among other things.
You should to be available to work from home 30 hours per week *during the day*. You can be located anywhere in the U.S., but it is a plus if you're in the Charlotte, NC area.
MUST HAVE:
• 5+ years experience supporting at the executive level
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
• Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
STRONGLY PREFER:
• Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment
• Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes
• Bachelor's degree
