National Account Director of Motorola Sales
Location: East Coast
Work from home w/ travel required. May also work out of NYC or South Plainfield, NJ office, if preferred.
Compensation: Base + Commission; Base of 80-90k; On-Target Earnings 160-170k.

Our client is a fast growing, international leader in mobile applications. The Company provides mobile software solutions and services to improve the productivity of the entire enterprise. The Company's customers include large corporations, small to mid-sized firms, and government agencies.
Job Description:
This position will be responsible for leading and building a team of sales professionals to sell through Motorola and its partner companies. The position is quota-based and will involve new customer acquisition as well as growing existing accounts. The position reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Deliver quota by effecting sales through Motorola and its partners.
-Build relationships with Motorola's sales organization, Channel Parrtners and end users to establish the Company as the leading mobile industry partner.
-Leverage the Partner organization for lead generation and marketing programs.
-Make hires and build a professional sales organization.
Requirements:
-8 - 10 years experience in solution sales, to include significant experience in software sales.
-BA/BS in a relevant field.
-Experience working with and leveraging large channel partners.
-Familiarity with hardware and experience selling software, preferably mobile applications.
-Existing C-level business contacts in Retail and other relevant sectors.
-Understanding of mobile software ecosystem including OEM, carriers, and vendors.
-Able to work independently as part of a fast-paced team.
-Able to travel throughout the US.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Thrives in a small company environment and culture.
