JOB DESCRIPTION
DIRECTOR, HR, Sales Marketing
The Sales/Marketing. role would be responsible for North American sales groups & product category groups for the company's brand. This position is in the Greater Grand Rapids area of Michigan.
The position also may have some support for Latin America, it's a pretty big job but not a big HR group supporting (3-4 people direct reports).
This role would service a number of client groups directly and also lead a team of HR professionals. Experience with Sales & Product Categories (Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, Design) would be a big advantage.
Some travel 10-20% required, reports to VP of Global HR.
Native speaking Spanish, Portuguese would gain an advantage.
Native speaking Cantonese, Mandarin would also gain an advantage.
Personally, this position is a "grooming" position for the VP of Global HR. Again, via relationship with the company, this position is critical in it's hire. The best of the best will be considered.
