Looking for a younger, agressive, computer savvy, (Great Plains exp a plus), accounting type for a small but growing manufacturing company. I'm not a recruiter, only asked to assist in the search, and the opportunity for growth could be exciting. Any process standards experience would be beneficial.

Just wanted to suggest future language regarding job posting so that you don't get yourself in trouble. Never post using the word, 'younger'...'female'...etc.
We live in a litigious society, always have to protect yourself.
