Why you should upgrade to the new 2009 QuickBooks

QuickBooks released a powerful tool with this new version.  It's called "Company Snapshot" and is found right next to the home page on your menu bar. 

In a glance, you can see when your company is busy and when it's slow.  The income and expense graph shows an entire year by the month.  Your income and expenses are shown on the graph together side by side.  There's also the display of your account balances.

What's best about the company snapshot is that along with the above items, you also see a list of your receivables and payables.  Being able to see who owes you money and what bills you have to pay on the same page is awesome to any business owner.  Plus, your reminders are shown on this page as well.

This company snapshot page is well worth the cost of upgrading.  I love it!  Being able to see everything I need to see in one place is important.  Reports are great, but this company snapshot page takes the cake.
