Regional Director of Marketing- Chicago, IL

A global professional services firm that helps organizations improve their performance through effective people, risk and financial management.  The firm provides innovative solutions in the areas of human capital strategy, program design and management; risk and capital management; reinsurance intermediary services; and actuarial consulting.

As part of the Marketing team, you will work to develop, implement, and sustain a full range of marketing functions in support of the firm's strategies and business objectives.

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred
-8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment
-8+ years of proven experience managing large projects and complex teams;
-Management experience, including recruiting and performance management
-Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messages;
-Superior writing, editorial and presentation skills;
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time with short deadlines;
-Ability to delegate successfully;
-Willingness and ability to travel.
