How to get back to business...

I just sent this blast:

I've been thinking about this a LOT over the past several weeks.

What will business look like with less staff, less customers per sq ft and probably less revenue?

I'm not trying to figure out how you will survive, but how to thrive in these changing times.

Over the coming weeks I'm going to be hosting conversations with some smart folks and sharing my thoughts on this over on my Facebook Page. Give it a follow if this interests you.

I'd also love to have some conversation on the topic here.

Are you open?

Are you about to open?

What is your biggest concern moving forward?

How can we help?

Philosophy of networking

Have you even contemplated why networking works?

Or even better, wondered why it doesn't work for you?

I'm addressing both tomorrow during the last session of the "Networking Mastery" series. You should take a look at this 11:00 a.m. f/r/e/e session and see if you want to RSVP HERE.

As always, do let me know how I may be of service to you.

Are you open? Yes, we have remained open throughout. As recruiting specialists we saw a plunge in the number of open positions for us to fill but we remained diligent in searching for highly qualified candidates. Fortunately we have been able to cut through the tsunami of resumes from the high unemployment rate, but since we are referral driven, as opposed to ad-driven recruiting, we have uncovered great talent. In fact, this has been the best month in our history when you look at the number of placements we have made.

What is your biggest concern moving forward? Biggest concern is getting the economy going again. We are very bullish and our clients are indicating that as they reopen they are seeing great pent-up demand.

How can we help? We are looking to build our client base at this time. Listen for things such as "My management turnover is through the roof" or "with the federal unemployment so high we cannot find new managers." Specifically we are looking for McDonald's, Sonic, and Checkers franchise owners or directors of operations.

Love it, Rick.

Very clear direction on what a good opportunity is for you too. Thanks for sharing!
