Hi!

My name is Lianne Lyne and I am the founder of PLP Coaching, LLC. I love to help people make sustainable positive changes in their lives. My vision is to change the world, one person at a time.

I am a Performance Coach and Leadership Coach with a background in sport psychology. I partner with business leaders, athletes and sport coaches who struggle with motivation, dealing with pressure, confidence, concentration, and building effective teams so they can enhance their mental toughness, enhance the mental toughness of their teams, and inspire a winning mentality.

I live in Grosse Pointe Farms with my husband, Louis, a film and video editor and our incredible and inspiring kids Molly, 18 a high school senior and rower, and Sam, 14, a freshman high school tennis player.
