REALTOR NEWS UPDATE:

On Saturday, May 14, 2011, the Directors of the National Association of REALTORS® approved a dues increase of $40, which will be take effect with your 2012 dues.  This dues increase will fund the REALTORS® Political Survival Initiative and was deemed to be very important to protect the real estate industry and private property rights in general. NOCBOR opposed the issue noting that it was not an appropriate time to raise dues while impacting local association who may need to adjust fees at some point. NOCBOR members should be aware of the fact 16 years ago, NOCBOR annual dues were reduced $40, and have remained the same amount since 1995.
