I got the best call today that someone in my position can get...

Keith, your company was referred to us from Terry Bean for title insurance and we are going to go with you for our next file.

That is the best phone call I can possibly recieve for Franklin Title Agency. This is a new customer / client so the potential is huge all thanks to Terry thinking of me / us (Franklin Title Agency) first when it comes to title insurance.

that's the benefit of having in-house Examining vs sending off to underwriter and or a 3rd party. Turn times are nearly instant and quality is high being that it is in-house.
