A very simple tool is at http://twitsig.com - which creates an always-updated graphic image of your latest twitter message.
Adding your twitter graphic to your email (or online profiles, blogs etc) lets you share your thoughts easily, and discreetly.
Unfortunatly I cant use it, but check it out if you tweet.
