Hoping Dave Bing runs for Mayor

I couldn't think of a better candidate for our next Mayor. For those that do not know his background, I highly recommend you do some research. He has been a beacon for the city and explemlifies what we should all want in a Mayor. He would be great for the city and state. I've been hoping he would run for years.

Wow! Great post Mr. Benjamin.
That's what I'm talking about. People that are passionate about this area and who know that we both deserve and can achieve better.
Dave Bing is a leader and that is just what we need.
He is also a realist who basically stated that he will do this for one term, make the tough, unpopular decisions that get the region back on track and turn it over to another Detroiter to lead the charge. That's cool.
The article also quoted someone as saying "Kwame is innocent until proven guilty...and... he will likely run again. Here I am hoping the man does the right thing and steps down (at the very least until the trial concludes) and this cat is talking about him running again. Can we make sure that doesn't happen?
I will feel bad for Freeman Hendrix if Dave Bing (who is friends of Freeman) gets into the race. Maybe next time Freeman.
