Your Simple Top 3 Asks
Hello MCC and Hello newest members of MCC and welcome!
I wanted to bring something back from our Yahoo Groups format start awhile back! I started a discussion based on top 3 asks so each member would have a clear understanding of who to refer to you in your business! Real simple... kind of like me :)
Let me start and lead by example:
1. Realtors / Real Estate Agents that you know (ie. Remax, Keller Williams, Hummel)
2. Banks Mortgage Depts that you know (ie. Bank of America, Franklin Bank, Citizens, Chase, US Bank Mortgage)
3. Mortgage Professionals / Loan Officers that you know (ie. Allied Home Mortgage, Gold Star Mortgage, Home Loan Specialists)
Real Simple... What are the 3 easiest referrals for you?
Thanks, Keith Stonehouse

Thanks for the example. This shows how simple it is and we should all be able to do it!
Rick, good point and thank you - but where are your top 3?
Thanks for the post, Keith.
Necessary info: I'm the marketing manager at Biznet, a web development company. Biznet is a metrics-focused company, excelling in ROI and eCommerce
My top 3 asks:
1. Creative agencies to work with
2. Those who are interested in increasing sales with eCommerce
3. The MCC under 30 crowd, interested in direct networking and a new collaboration group (Dare I say MCC "subcommittee"?)
Thanks for the post Keith! As you know we are also in the real estate business. We do both residential & commercial appraisals.
Best referrals for me are:
Loan Officers
Processors at Mortgage Brokers' offices (they usually do most of the ordering of appraisals)
Mortgage Brokers
Attorneys (for divorce, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, partnership dissolution, estate planning, gift tax, historic significant properties, expert witness, etc)
Have a great day!
