Most Viewed Posts, Elevate Now, TEDx Detroit, LinkedIn and MCC Live

I just sent this blast:

I've sent out over 200 e-mail blasts during the existence of Motor City Connect. It's always an interesting balance between trying to provide value to the audience (read YOU) and making sure I communicate what I want you to know. Based on the feedback I receive, my best guess is these messages end up deleted, in spam or in a "read later" folder. That's Okay...I'll likely still send them...for a while. I've decided to build an actual newsletter. If you're interested in receiving that, e-mail me with the subject newsletter and I'll get you on the list. 

Advice for Networkers-

For some reason I was compelled to look through the most viewed posts here on MCC. Some of them have North of 30,000 views (one had over 70k). Who knew? This post, "What's your best tip for MCC Newbies?" offered a lot of advice for networking both online and in the real world. It's worth checking out.

TEDx Detroit

This is by far the most powerful business tool there is. So many people say they want to use it right, but are they? If you join this class, you will be able to for sure. You'll learn everything you need to know before lunch. Join us?

MCC Live

We are on the West side (Novi) on the 1st Tuesday and in Royal Oak on the 4th Tuesday of every month (except holidays). Our next MCC Live is on 9/6 and we'll do it again on 9/27. I'm thinking we may have tickets to Elevate Now on 9/6 and tickets for TEDx Detroit on 9/27.
