I was speaking with my friend Justin Bright of Brighter Logistics (if you know someone looking for a sales job, they're hiring) and he told me we really need to have MCC Live back on the East SIIIIIIDEE. Is that true? Does anyone else agree with that?

I recently started working with one of the sharpest cats I know. Rod Hairston is brilliant when it comes to finding people's true identity. He has built classes, challenges and even a TV show around it. Seriously, awesome stuff. He owns the world's largest online community of sales professionals at NASP.com (National Association Sales Professionals). They have several courses you can take to make sure your level of influence is where it needs to be.

I recently wrote this blog post that will help you identify your seller type. The truth is, regardless of what your job is, WE ALL SELL. Understanding your type, will allow you to become more successful in closing the deal with your spouse, your kid, your employer AND your client. Well, I thought we were moving to an office. I was WRONG. I kicked it out to the group and overwhelmingly they chose to stay at BDs. So stay we will.
