If you've been around MCC for any amount of time you know that at the core, this group is about giving. Giving opportunities. Giving ideas. Giving back to the community. And giving hope. All of which are the primary topics of this e-mail blast.

The Buy Michigan Now Festival is this weekend in Northville

Love Michigan? Want to keep seeing our state "making a comeback"? One way to assure that is to buy products and services from Michigan based companies. This weekend is a GREAT opportunity to see many of them, plus cool local acts all in downtown Northville. This event is in its 6th year and 1000's of people come through over the weekend. Oh, and the BMN festival Seeks Volunteers. Please consider joining for a shift or two.

Life Remodeled takes on the Cody High School area

Wow!! What an auspicious goal this cool group has. Some of the highlights of the August 11-17 efforts are redoing parts of the high school, fixing up 2 area elementary schools, demolishing 10 dangerous houses and cleaning up 100 city blocks in the area. Next MCC Event

The next MCC event is Tuesday, August 26. It will be in Royal Oak from 11:30-1:00. We don't have a speaker nailed down at this point, but are thinking it will be some form of sales training. After all, sales is the lifeblood of business, right? We hope to see you there.
