I'm interested in hearing from all LEGAL PROFESSIONALS on how you handle your real estate cases, when it is necessary for your clients to obtain real estate valuations? Do you have them obtain the appraisal on their own? Do you recommend an appraisal firm?
And, how do you familiarize yourself with appraisal firms? Do you find them from various legal publications? Do you look / read ads from State Bar Journal, on-line, Martindale Hubble, Lawyers Weekly?
What matters the most to YOU?
