Three Largest SBIR Contracting Agencies Solicitation Deadlines. The three largest SBIR contracting agencies (NASA, DoD and DHS) have SBIR solicitations open this month. GLEQ is joining Spartan Innovations, MSU Federal Credit Union and other sponsors to bring the Greenlight Business Model Competition to East Lansing for a second gathering.
