I am the Director of Business Development for IRR Residential-Reese Appraisals. We are experts in providing valuation services on residential properties on a nationwide scale. We offer a solution to mortgage brokers with the new proposed Code of Conduct in that we are a "local" appraisal company with great knowledge of the markets in which we live and work versus an Appraisal Management Company who may be located in CA.
