Can you help me choose a topic?

Hi all...

My expertise is in holistic nutrition....working with folks who suffer from the tri-fecta of modern living - poor sleep, chronic pain and low energy.

I'll be offering a series of free
tele-seminars and webinars starting in April but need to know which ones
people are interested in and would actually listen to.

Can you please give me your votes on which of these four you'd like to know more about:

1. Why Detox? Tips on how to choose; how to prepare and get the most out of a detox program
2. Going Gluten Free Made Easy - a step by step guide
3. Autoimmune Conditions - Using Food as Medicine to manage pain and fatigue without drugs
4) Are you feeding a garden of Yeast? Candida/Yeast/Thrush - how to tell if you have this condition, the health risks and what to do about it


Or if there are specific topics you feel you'd like to know more about
other than these please reply with those so I can consider them.
