Interesting link. As someone who is a bit tech-savvy - and a security tinfoil hat kinda guy - I always had that gut feeling that Lifelock was a bit questionable.
If you want security, here is an awesome security key - The Ironkey - that I found while listening to the Security Now! podcast. Now THIS will help protect data - things like if you try your password ten times incorrectly, it has a self-destruct process. It's waterproof, and if you try to tamper with it, it also starts it's self-destruct sequence.
With the amount of data out there, these kind of measures are required especially when you're in a situation where you have sensitive data that has to be mobile for practical reasons. You should look into it for your business - it's the best there is for what it does, period.
