MCC has been berry berry good to me
Sorry non-baseball fans, my jokes will elude you.
Success stories-
In the short time that I have been part of MCC, the following has occured for me both personally as well as professionally.
* I hired Linda Anger to put together some marketing material for my business and she did so with the type of professionalism any of us would hope for. The final product exceeded my expectations and was completed before deadline. Talk about under promise and over deliver...
* I hired Jeremiah Staes to complete a personal audio tape conversion and was very happy with the final product. Well worth the wait!
*One of my recent placements (I'm a recruiter) came from a fellow MCC member looking out for a friend of his. The candidate ended up being one of the most qualified candidates I sourced with well over 100 applicants applying.
* I have made several personal connections with members of MCC and never miss the chance to plug MCC and all the great things that are happening.
There are so many talented, passionate professionals in our special group and there is nothing better than hearing success stories and positive news shared between our members. Let's continue to make things happen in a positive and productive way!
Looking forward to continued success...

What I love about the structure of MCC is that everyone is welcome, we attend meetings and events because we want to, giving back to the community is at the core of the MCC philosophy, and the spirit of "coopetition" is encouraged.
What I've found at MCC is an amazing group of new friends and business contacts, stronger connections with old friends, and a large community of talented people willing to share their expertise and contacts for the benefit of everyone.
I know, without question, that if I am not directly connected to a requested resource, I can be directed to someone reliable and credible through my contacts in this group, and that there are at least a dozen people in the group who will step up to assist whenever I ask.
For the linear thinkers: I'm proud to say that six new clients have come to me through my participation in Motor City Connect. I've also met and become friends with several people in my own industry and am delighted to have the opportunity to work collaboratively with them and refer to them.
AND as if all that is not enough -
learning from and working with Terry Bean and Charlie Wollborg is a most delicious icing on this rich, filling cake. They are the masters!
Linda Angér, counting it all "success"
p.s.
what's your story?
