Market Research

A client of mine is looking to expand and open a new store-front. They want to do some market research and see what and where would be the best location for it. I don’t do that, but I thought I would put some feelers out here on MCC
Let me know what you think

I know a guy who is in real estate, however, he has experience with retail traffic and research. He's even made some establishments happen successfully in challenging areas like downtown Detroit. I know he's also open to straight out consulting as well.
His name is Pierre LeBlanc - I have known him for a few years - 313.319.0113, or newdetroitrealty@gmail.com
This would be a great referral for me as well Jeremiah. Thanks. Let me know who I can refer to you.
Ben,
I'm no expert but ask your client to take a look at the M59 Corridor through White Lake and Highland, every retail giant around (Kohls, JC Penneys even Macy's) are fighting for the next space available in that area and that should say a bunch all by it's self.

Ben,
You may refer your client to our sister company INTEGRA. They do commercial property valuations, price trending studies, risk analysis, survey issues and more. They would be able to assit your client. The contact name I have is Ken Blondell. His email is
kblondell@irr.com, phone number is 248-540-0040 ext. 105. I hope this helps!
