Linkedin, MCC, and now some new guys on the block

The only website that I use is Linkedin. I got a ryze account that I don't use at all. I have plaxo which I accept invites to but don't pursue people. In the last two weeks I have gotten numerous invitations for Konnects.com and Naymz.com (the reputation network???) But don't know too much about it and don't want something else that I need to manage. If you are using either one of these please share your experience with them and what you can do there that you can't to on Linkedin.
