Looking For 5K/10K Run Organizer

A friend of mine is looking for someone that has experience in and wants to help organize a 5K or 10k run for a non-profit organization. Someone that can map out the route, mark, route, organize volunteers, take charge of timing the runners etc. A reasonable fee will be paid.
