Great MCC meeting today

I haven't been that thrilled about a meeting for a long time.

We had close to 40 people today and I believe everyone received value. There were many good connections made. The content shared on relationship marketing was relevant and served as a great starting point for people to join the discussion. We talked about how to get referrals. How to give them. How to set the expectation that you would be asking for them. What to do when someone gives you one and says "don't use my name". Whether or note to compensate for them and more.

I would like to have someone record the asks at our next meeting. I think there is value to that. I would also like to see more conversation take place online after meetings.

I wonder if we would be better served to host those elsewhere??? I'm sure lots of our members end up on Facebook after a meeting.

Maybe we need to have a contest after the meeting that you have to come to the website to enter. Hmmm I may be on to something. Ok, I'm done talking to myself.
