One of my clients is looking to fill the following position:
PART-TIME POSITION: Social Media Marketer
We are looking to fill a part-time position for a "Social Media Marketer" to increase online visibility for our growing Real Estate group and the new web site we are launching. They will do the following:
- Coordinate with the Broker and Assistant Broker to post "featured properties" daily on our blog, Facebook page, and Twitter feed
- Post properties on CraigsList
- Monitor competition/industry trends and suggest/implement online responses
- Understanding of promotional/PR and SEO principles preferred (Real Estate knowledge a plus)
- Ability to write clearly and 'strategically'
- Measure the impact of the overall efforts
- Self starter/self manager a plus
- 15-20 hours per week; Locations: Canton and Royal Oak (some time possible from your home)
