Computer support system

I'm looking for a (ideally free) support ticket system where clients can send an e-mail to support@ourorg. The requests can go into a queue and then they can be addressed by myself or someone else. It would be nice to be able to keep the ticket history too so we can create a knowledgebase of the FAQs. Ideally, the system would allow a dropdown of ticket issue types (appointments, questions, lost password, etc.) Are any of you familiar with such a system? Do any of you know someone who can set it up for us?
Thank you
Renee

Hi Renee,
Not sure if your still looking for a solution to your above question but we believe we can help you. It sounds like your looking for a back end and a front end solutions that work together. This would not be a complicated solution by any means. In fact if you would like to see a live example please go to "support.tekspertsolutions.com" and submit a ticket if you like. It is our companies ticket system we developed. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me via my email at sheide@tekspertsolutions.com. We also offer web hosting that you may be interested in as well for this solution. You can also find out more about our company and services at www.tekspertsolutions.com.
Thank you,
Scott Heide
