Dropping by reminding you about tomorrow's (Tuesday from 10-12) event at NOCBOR - North Oakland Board of Realtors (Waterford at 4400 W. Walton Blvd) where myself & a panel from our underwriters will be speaking about the ins & outs of title insurance today & what to expect in 2011 for Michigan Realtors.  

Also, Reminding you that the Title Insurance premiums have changed as of October 1st - We have been experiencing some mis-communication with mis-quoting from clients & to insure this doesnt happen for you & your customers - I'm reminding you today sp please, let me know if you need an updated title premiums chart - I can fax one, email one, mail one, or drop one by your office this week...  

Also, dropping by checking in to see if there is anything you may need from us this week in terms of title ordered, title updated, title questions answered, deed work completed, short sales negotiated, and of course closings scheduled (anywhere-anytime in Michigan)?
