Looking for Expert in FaceBook Apps

At the Buy Michigan Now campaign we have a pledge that we ask people to add their names to in order to show Michigan-based businesses that we are serious about supporting them with our dollars if they are serious about keeping jobs here.  We have a lot of fans/group members on Facebook who agree with us, but who haven't taken the pledge because they don't want to leave Facebook and go to another site, even for a moment.  I'm looking for a volunteer who can help us bridge the gap with a simple app.  Here's a link to the pledge: http://www.buymichigannow.com/pledge_form.php
