Aps for the I phone

As I'm kicking and screaming into the 21st century...I finally broke down and purchsed an I Phone. My ask is simple, in reviewing the plethera of contact manager aps I'm as confused as ever. I am interested to know what has been found to be the most effective contact manager available for the I phone and it's availble aps?

Joe,
are you using anything now (loike Outlook on your PC for example)? Most of the existing contact manager programs will download to iPhone via iTunes and/or Outlook.
I do use outlook, yet only for work and I am ineligble to download an external private phone to our system. Thus the thought to re-create contacts in an ap on my I phone.
