Question for a Business Attorney

I own a women's networking group-Women In Networking (WIN). I was just forwarded a website from one of my members who seen another Women In Networking within Michigan advertising they are WIN. My question is, if I registered my name through the state can this other group whom I have zero affiliation with, use my business name?
Ugh I hate Mondays!
