Computer Eye Fatigue

Please help me gather some information for an article to appear at Examiner.com.
When you work on a computer for a long time you are likely to get eye fatigue. What do you do to lessen or prebent blurry eyes or double vision from staring at the monitor?

Rick - I take frequent but short breaks - every 15 minutes or so, I get away from the screen to make a phone call, review documents, or refill my water bottle.
