If you are a Realtor, a Mortgage Loan Offficer, a Title Company, Appraiser, etc then you are working independent in growing YOUR OWN business today. In doing so, networking is a big part of that getting your name and services out there to the masses and in front of the right people effectively everyday.

Today more than ever it is important to get your name out there and be known for what you do for a living letting people know your there for them whether its selling their home, buying their home, financing their home, insuring their home, etc...
A Great way to do all of that is by becoming a member of The Women's Council of Realtors (not just for women). There are several local chapters including Rochester, Birmingham/Bloomfield, North Oakland, and Lake Pointe which I am currently a member of all 4 and getting some great business from, referrals from, and education from all for only $116.00 a year! You cannot beat that! WCR offers educational classes for Social Media, Tax Appeals, Staging, Realtor Safety, RESPA guidelines, Short Sales, Foreclosures, etc etc as well as Con-ed for a fraction of the cost!
