JOURNALIST/PRODUCER: Hillery Gallasch works for ARD - German TV. She wants to do a story on unemployment, and creative ways that people, groups and communities are coping right here in Detroit.

She is looking for special things that Detroiters are doing to keep up the spirit, and keep the people together. She would like to interview someone who lost his or her job and is trying to make ends meet. She is searching for groups that are trying to come up with ideas to fight the recession and find a way out! Anything is welcome;  it will be filmed.

Her deadline to hear back from you (so you are in "her queue" as a subject or with an idea) is December 18th at 2:00 PM
