My boyfriend is in extreme pain! I am hoping someone can help us!

My boyfriend has had extreme pain in his left middle fingertip for a few months. Due to the lovely state of the economy, we don't have any insurance. Without getting to graphic, the fingertip has something protruding out of it. Both of us are willing to barter our services to you, If you could help us out. He is in extreme pain and I want to help him. Please if you know anyone that could help us out, I would be grateful to you.

Has he seen a Dr.? If so what did they say?
If not, is your ask for us to introduce him to a Dr. that will tell him what needs to happen withough charging him?

Most pain involve the spinal element. A really good book for this is "Star Bodies" it was written by two chiropractors. It is an execise book but by doing the exercises you adjust your back completely from the base of your skull to the lowest bone in the tail section. It has been out of print but can be found on Amazon for under $10. I use it every single day to control my back problems and I have not pain as long as I do my exercises at least every other day or so. You see the results right away.
