Would you take 2 seconds to answer the poll appearing at the bottom of my report on Kmart leaving Troy?
It is for a customer service class I am teaching (and may appear in a future Examiner article). Also, please add any stories about GREAT customer service you have received to this discussion.

I remember the days of going to the stores mention shopping and my mother always enjoyed their roast beef dinners. It's a shame our younger generation can not enjoy those pleasures. I recieved my masters in IT in 1993. I had planned to leave my job and go into the technology field and Kmart's was one of the first companies to lay off those IT professionals. I am upset that after all these years Kmart's is closing three more stores in Michigan. I remember the blue light sales and cashier's and other employees were always friendly and helpful.
