Once our population takes to heart that we are far more the same than we are different great things will happen for us all. Think about this, would you harm someone to whom you felt a true connection? Would you go to war with them? Would you think "I have to beat them at this or that?" Of course not. You would work to help them. To better them. To move them forward in this life.

This is why Motor City Connect exists. Is this why you are here? It would sure benefit us all if that were true.

1. Linda's first event on Wednesday was well attended and she sends out her heartfelt thanks to all who made the effort. Linda had her first treatment on Tuesday and was in great spirits when I spoke with her Wednesday. Please keep sending her the love!

Next Week's events

Tuesday, September 1 (good gawd, it's already September)

We will be doing a joint morning event with the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce It will be a great time to meet and mingle with some new friends. This event is FREE for MCC members.

We will NOT be hosting a Novi Lunch on Tuesday.

The New MCC is coming

We are moving away from lunches so that you can attend our meetings AND get your work done. We will only have 2 lunch meetings a month. We will be doing more meetings in the a.m. and in the late afternoon. A new format has been devised and will be shared soon. This format will allow you to connect, learn, share and save money. What more could one want???
